Here at LARKS, we honor Oregon’s land, seasons, and artisans through thoughtfully prepared, farm-to-table cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in the bounty of the region—featuring ingredients from local farms, ranches, orchards, creameries, and vineyards.
Under the guidance of Executive Chef Franco Console, our kitchen celebrates bold, seasonal flavors: Southern fried chicken, prime grade hanger steak, seafood from the Oregon Coast, vibrant vegetarian entrées, foraged mushrooms, and more. We proudly feature regional seasonal favorites like Rogue Creamery’s award-winning blue cheese, Oregon lamb, and wild berries, layered into dishes that are both comforting and refined.
Desserts change with the seasons—crafted in-house by our pastry team and often paired with house-made ice cream.
Our bar menu highlights local spirits, Oregon craft beers, and a curated wine list. LARKS is a four-time Wine Spectator Award of Excellence winner, recognized for a selection of sustainable, value-driven wines—with a special spotlight on the Rogue Valley’s winemakers.
